Rental Agreement Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Marga Enterprises' copier and printer rental services.
1. Rental Period
Rental agreements are available in short-term (events) and long-term (monthly/yearly) options. The rental period begins on the delivery date.
2. Equipment Care
Clients are responsible for reasonable care of rented equipment. Normal wear and tear is expected and covered.
3. Maintenance & Support
All rental plans include maintenance, repairs, and technical support at no additional cost.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are due as specified in your rental agreement. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with proper notice as specified in the rental contract.
